产品概述
AXIS4000 is a mobile electronic four-wheel positioning system developed by the German company HAWEKA for commercial vehicles (heavy vehicles). It adopts a wireless infrared digital camera measurement unit for fast and high-precision measurement of wheel positioning angles and axle positions of trucks, buses, semi-trailers, trailers and light commercial vehicles.
Unlike traditional passenger car positioning equipment, which is based on a wheel axis, the axis 4000 is measured and adjusted with the vehicle's central axis (longitudinal geometric symmetry axis), and the middle position of the steering wheel is accurately determined with this reference. This method not only improves the measurement accuracy, but also makes the positioning adjustment more correct - the correct positioning adjustment can reduce fuel consumption, reduce tire wear, improve driving comfort and reduce the wear of the steering mechanism.
The measurement unit is an infrared digital camera with an integrated microprocessor, and the measurement data is transmitted to the computer in real time through a dedicated radio channel, and the positioning angles are calculated and displayed by the software. The wheel adapter adopts Haweka's patented ProClamp clamp type clamping system (grab arm type), which is adsorbed to the hub part of the rim through the magnetic feet, so there is no need to compensate for the rim runout, no need to lift the vehicle, and no need to roll the cart. It can also work in the workshop with limited site length.
Core Strengths
■Based on the center axis of the vehicle: The measurement and adjustment are based on the longitudinal geometric center line of the vehicle, and the middle position of the steering wheel is accurately determined with this reference, so that the measurement is more accurate and the adjustment is more in place. ■Rim-free jump compensation, lifting-free, trolley-free: The adapter is attached to the hub part that is not easily deformed, and there is no need to lift or roll the vehicle to compensate, which not only saves time, but also avoids the problem of the main pin position deviating from the driving state after lifting. ■Wireless infrared digital camera measurement unit: the camera has a built-in microprocessor, no moving parts, small size, waterproof and dustproof, can withstand multiple 1-meter height drops (measured only to protect the glass breakage); the battery can work for at least 10 hours continuously, and can work in low light environment. ■Camera integrated gyroscope and electronic inclinometer: The gyroscope is used to expand the measurement range of the steering angle to calculate the maximum steering angle; the electronic inclinometer is used to calculate the external inclination angle and the rear inclination angle of the main pin and the internal inclination angle of the main pin. ■Quick installation without disassembling the rim: The ProClamp Gripper Clip Adapter is equipped with magnetic feet, each magnetic foot has a tensile strength of up to 30 kg, which is suitable for both steel rims and aluminum alloy rims, and will not cause damage to the rims. | ■Real-time adjustment and step-by-step guidance: Any changes in the adjustment process are displayed on the computer screen in real time, and the software guides the operator through the entire process with step-by-step prompts to reduce the dependence on operational experience. ■High efficiency: It takes about 10 minutes to measure the entire angle and axle position of the two-axle truck, which is suitable for fleet maintenance and production line sampling inspection. ■One machine is multi-purpose and scalable: the frame geometry of trucks and trailers (CMC4000) can be measured by adding an appropriate amount, and the results can be output in 3D drawings to facilitate insurance claims; the adapter can also be used to measure semi-trailers/trailers, buses, aluminum frame trucks and light commercial vehicles, and can serve any number of vehicles with steering axles. ■Strong mobility: The device is installed in a removable cabinet/cabinet, which can be used in scenarios where the venue is limited or on-site diagnosis is required, and is suitable for use as a fleet on-site diagnostic device. ■Brand and certification: HAWEKA is made in Germany, axis 4000MB has been certified by Mercedes-Benz Global Service Network, and axis 4000 has also been released and adopted by Daimler Trucks North America (aftermarket). |

Measurement process
- The vehicle enters the station and is placed in a normal driving (landing) state without lifting the vehicle.
- Install the ProClamp Gripper Clip Adapter and Camera Measurement Unit on the wheels (magnetic feet are attached to the hub and rims/aluminium rims are acceptable).
- Turn on the computer and the axis 4000 software to establish wireless communication, and the software will guide the selection of vehicle models/input vehicle information.
- Follow the software prompts to rotate the measuring head to complete the benchmarking (no rim run-out compensation and trolley roll compensation are required).
- Read the measured values of the single front beam/total front beam, external inclination angle, etc. of each axis; if necessary, measure the rear inclination angle of the main pin, the inner inclination angle of the main pin and the maximum steering angle according to the prompt rotating steering wheel.
- Adjust the vehicle in real time according to the software display until each angle enters the specified range; output the pre-adjustment/post-adjustment report and print or archive it.
