AWD Chassis Dynamometer & Emission Test System

The CDM-300 series chassis dynamometers are designed according to GB18285-2018 and GB3847-2018, and are used for the simple emission detection of gasoline vehicles in use and the load deceleration method of diesel vehicles with a maximum total mass not exceeding 3500kg. Equipped with a wheelbase adjustment, front and rear axle synchronization and inertia automatic matching mechanism, the pneumatic clutch achieves front and rear axle synchronization or step-by-step operation, ensuring a basic inertia of (900 ± 18) kg during biaxial detection; the balance roller is sprayed with a tungsten carbide wear-resistant layer after being knurled.
