The car appearance inspection lamp shed (appearance inspection lamp shed) is mainly used for the quality review of the vehicle cab and bumper and other paint surfaces. The length of the lamp shed is 5m, which is the core lighting equipment of the vehicle factory audit (Audit) quality review station.

The lighting tunnel is mainly composed of steel frames, lamps, power distribution lines, pedals, guideway-type driving, wire troughs and power distribution cabinets. The luminaire uses optical prism lamps to form a closed light band on the surface of the vehicle; the cold and warm light source is configured according to 3 pieces and 1 group, that is, 1 group of 2 cold lights plus 1 warm light lamp. Through professional optical design, the luminaire glare is reduced, and at the same time, obvious spectral transition is generated, so that defects such as chromatic aberration, scratches, pores, and orange peel structures are easier to be found;The strip grating on the light box forms a change in the reflective strip on the body. The light boxes are equipped with brightness controllers (dimming external ballasts and dimmers controlled by subtotal), which can be adapted to the inspection of car surfaces of various colors.
